Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled :

• 21 or 14 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged
• 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 75% of the total amount of the stay is charged
• 7 days or less prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the total amount of the stay is charged
• In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled departure date, the total amount of the stay is charged
