Cancellation Policy If a reservation is cancelled:

21 or 15 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged
14 to 8 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 75% of the total amount of the stay is charged
7 days or less prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the total amount of the stay is charged
In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled departure date, the total amount of the stay is charged
